You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, work Excel/Access/SQL based tools, and support weekend night shifts; a Bachelor's in Business or Supply Chain is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field, or equivalent work/military experience.
• 1 year of experience leading complex demand planning activities.
• Experience with Excel and Access for data research and analysis.
• Understanding of forecasting solutions, concepts, and applications.
• Experience defining, modeling, and applying demand planning processes and tools.
• Experience handling inventory and supply/demand models in retail, manufacturing, or distribution.
• Knowledge of SQL, VBA, Python, R, or Oracle BI is preferred.
• Solid analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work the weekend night shift, Saturday-Monday, 6:00pm-6:00am.
• Pre-employment drug test may be required for conditional offers.

Responsibilities

• Employ wave planning processes to maintain optimal workflow levels within the facility.
• Provide planning support and technical oversight for the assigned client per procedures.
• Execute planning processes and activities per defined procedures and management direction.
• Conduct studies to reduce costs, improve processes, and optimize output.
