Job summary

Stanley 1913 seeks a Demand Planning Manager to contribute to a world class Demand Planning organization. You will engage cross functionally with Commercial, Finance, Technology, Inventory Management, and Fulfillment Operations teams to ensure an integrated forecast planning process for the business.

You will lead a team to improve forecast accuracy, build relationships with sales and key accounts, and develop critical metrics and dashboards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, mathematics, business, or related fields.
  • 10+ years of progressive relevant demand planning experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a manager or higher‑level role.
  • 3+ years of experience working in direct relations with key accounts.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Oracle or similar planning applications.
  • Proficient in advanced forecasting concepts, principles, and standard methodologies.
  • Preferred knowledge of demand forecasting systems and PowerBI.

Responsibilities

  • Support team of demand planners to improve forecast accuracy at the account level.
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with sales teams and key accounts to drive improved engagement and communication.
  • Collaborate on development of critical metrics and dashboards to monitor, analyze, and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Continuously improve forecasting processes and systems to address the complexities of supply chains.
  • Support continued enhancements of S&OP and Demand review process.
  • Collaborate with supply planning to ensure timely delivery of new products and replenishment orders.
  • Identify areas of risk and opportunity for the business by driving insights into actions while working to reconcile forecasts and clearly communicating issues.
