UVeye is seeking a Demand Planning Manager in New Jersey to drive forecasting strategy for a capital-intensive hardware/software business. You will own S&OP cadence, partner with Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Operations, and lead cross-functional forecasting improvements to optimize inventory and supply chain performance.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Supply Chain, you will build robust forecasts, manage metrics like MAPE, and travel ~10% as needed to DCs and installations.

We are seeking a Demand Planning Manager to lead UVeye's forecasting and demand planning strategy.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Supply Chain, this role will drive accurate demand forecasts, optimize inventory and supply chain performance, and partner cross-functionally to align planning with business objectives.
As our Demand Planning Manager, you will be the strategic pulse of UVeye’s global supply chain. In this high-visibility role, you’ll lead cross-functional alignment and leverage advanced analytics to build robust forecasts that power our rapid scale.
This role may involve on-site or field-based activities. Depending on the position, tasks may include extended periods of sitting, standing, or walking; working in and around vehicle service areas, rental facilities, dealerships, manufacturing sites, or warehouse environments; and performing occasional manual tasks such as lifting or carrying up to 40 lbs, bending, or reaching. The role may also require travel, working in varying environmental conditions, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) when appropriate. UVeye provides salary ranges that comply with the New Jersey State Law on salary transparency in job advertisements. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, skills, location, education, and operational needs. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentives or other forms of compensation or benefits. The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000-$140,000.
