Job summary

Neovia Logistics is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to optimize inventory efficiency and operations within the distribution center. Qualifications

• Degree in Mathematics, Business, Engineering or related field.
• ≥ 5 years of relevant experience.
• Profound knowledge of the Logistic demand planning process.
• Strong knowledge of demand management/forecasting tools and processes.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Strong communication and team-building abilities.
• Attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Ability to perform spreadsheet analysis.
• Collaborative skills in resolving warehouse space and inventory positions.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory slotting design, execution, and continuous improvement to optimize pick paths and productivity.
• Monitor slotting effectiveness and adjust strategies for seasonality, promotions, and demand variability.
• Develop, standardize, and maintain demand planning processes for consistency across systems and workflows.
• Ensure work release aligns with order cutoffs, carrier schedules, and SLAs.
• Optimize wave planning to minimize congestion and improve throughput.
• Use data and models to generate accurate forecasts and space utilization plans.
• Conduct forecasting analyses to ensure robust and data-driven methodologies.
• Create weekly and monthly forecast and performance reports for decision making.
• Adjust forecast and capacity models in response to demand shifts and market trends.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align planning assumptions and drive improvements.
• Own the site-level replenishment strategy to stock forward pick locations.
• Track and report KPIs: replenishment accuracy, productivity, slotting efficiency, inventory availability, wave adherence.
• Use data analysis and root cause investigation to identify inefficiencies and implement changes.
