Salary: USD28 - USD40 per hour

No C2C or 3rd Party Candidates will be considered

Hybrid positions; 3x days onsite in Carlsbad, CA

6 month contract to hire

Target pay is $28-$40 per hour W2

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Demand Planner, you will play a crucial role in optimizing inventory levels at the SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) level, ensuring product availability, and contributing to the overall success of our supply chain, encompassing multiple channels and international regions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a demand planner in the consumer goods sector, with expertise in SKU-level planning across multiple channels and international regions.
• Proficiency in demand planning software and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems; Microsoft Nav or BC a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams in a globally diverse environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced international setting.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in forecasting and data analysis at the SKU level across diverse channels and regions.
