Greenheck Group is seeking a Demand Planner I/II to support forecasting, analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to predict future demand. Qualifications

• 4-6 years of relevant work experience in procurement, buying or demand planning/forecasting for Level I.
• 6-8 years of relevant work experience in procurement, buying or demand planning/forecasting for Level II.
• 2 Year / Associate Degree in business, supply chain or related field or equivalent years of job experience required.
• 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in business, supply chain or related field or equivalent years of job experience required.

Responsibilities

• Report on exceptions to demand and potential sales trends to inform leadership decisions.
• Monitor KPIs from BU's/Sourcing; maintain feedback and corrective actions.

This involves analyzing historical sales data, market trends, customer behavior, and other relevant factors to create accurate predictions of future demand.## **WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING*** Report on exceptions to demand and potential sales trends to enable the leadership team to make informed decisions.* Monitor standard processes and Critical few (KPI’s from BU’s/Sourcing function), maintaining feedback and corrective actions.* Collaborate with Supply Chain Coordinators (Material Specialists and Buyers) in the central Supply Chain organization to ensure the output of the demand reviews are considered when implementing material replenishments across the Business Unit.* Manage a single BU and handle moderate tactical/strategic problems referring more complex issues to higher-level staff.**WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE AS A LEVEL I:*** 4-6 years of relevant work experience in procurement, buying or demand planning/forecasting required.* 2 Year / Associate Degree in business, supply chain or a related field of study or equivalent years of job experience required.* 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in business, supply chain or a related field of study preferred.**WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE AS A LEVEL II:*** 6-8 years of relevant work experience in procurement, buying or demand planning/forecasting required.* 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in business, supply chain or a related field of study or equivalent years of job experience required.## **SOME THINGS WE THINK YOU SHOULD KNOW*** Minimum travel is required.* Will work on-site at our Schofield WI location.**COMPENSATION & BENEFITS**Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay along with a comprehensive benefits package as part of our total rewards program. The starting base pay range for this position is **$77,235 - $105,903** and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
