Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a Demand Planner to build and maintain monthly Demand Plans in units and dollars for all product groups.

You will coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply, Engineering, Planning, and Operations to create accurate revenue plans and drive continuous improvement across the planning process. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of demand planning experience, with strong Excel and ERP/MRP proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Works with Sales to ensure opportunities in Salesforce have accurate data such as quantities, size, estimates, confidence levels and dates
  • Builds a Demand Planning Model using backlog, opportunity data, budget, and strat plan to create a monthly unconstrained plan for units and revenue
  • Facilitates Monthly Demand Review
  • Participates in SIOP Reviews
  • Collaborates with Supply Planning, Finance, and Engineering to ensure accurate revenue plans
  • Partners with Materials management to ensure project kits are available and complete at each stage
  • Reports out to Leadership on changes to Demand Plan
  • Identifies opportunities/risks to develop a cone of uncertainty on the demand plan
  • Explores statistical forecasting for certain product lines
  • Supports continuous improvement initiatives related to demand planning and SIOP
  • Builds and manages KPI's for Demand Planning including forecast accuracy, forecast bias, value add, alignment to budget & strategic plan
  • Builds scenario process for review in the Executive Review

Job Summary:

The Demand Planner is responsible for building and maintaining monthly Demand Plans in units & dollars for all product groups within Panelmatic.

This role coordinates with various departments including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply, Engineering, Planning, and Operations.

Job Duties:
  • Works with Sales to ensure all opportunities maintained in Salesforce have accurate data including quantities, size, sales estimates, confidence levels and dates
  • Builds a Demand Planning Model using Backlog, Opportunity Data, Budget, and Strat Plan to create a monthly unconstrained demand plan for units and revenue
  • Facilitates Monthly Demand Review
  • Participates in SIOP Reviews
  • Collaborates with Supply Planning, Finance, and Engineering to ensure accurate revenue plans
  • Works with Materials management to ensure project kits are available and complete at each stage of the process.
  • Reports out to Leadership on any changes to Demand Plan

  • Knowledge of Power BI and Tableau
  • Experience with Syteline ERP
  • CPIM Certification
