The Demand Planner at B&G Foods is a highly visible Supply Chain role responsible for generating the demand plan for the assigned categories and supporting the S&O process. The position requires collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to meet sales and service objectives.
Responsibilities include forecasting, forecast accuracy analysis, consensus meetings with Marketing/Sales, and ongoing improvements to forecasting methods and documentation.

The Demand Planner position is a highly visible Supply Chain role that will be responsible for generating the demand plan for the assigned categories. The role will also support the S&O process. The Demand Planner is a hands‑on position that is responsible for developing and executing a demand plan for the category to enable the company to meet sales and service objectives. Collaboration with other Supply Chain functions, Sales and Marketing, and Customer Support teams is an essential function for this role.
Base Pay Range:
$81,772.00 - $136,287.00
Final base pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to; role responsibilities, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and/or internal pay equity. Please keep in mind that we consider internal pay equity and hiring at the maximum of the salary range uncommon.
