Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Strategist to own a portfolio of client accounts from strategy to execution.

You will manage Meta campaigns, lead bi-weekly calls, monitor performance, and translate data into clear recommendations for high-net-worth prospects. Reporting to the Associate Director of Operations, you’ll optimize campaigns, oversee tracking and lead routing integrations, and ensure retention and renewals through proactive account management.

Formación

• 4+ years hands-on paid media experience.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to drive campaigns toward defined performance targets while retaining clients.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

Clients Blackbox is a performance marketing agency specializing in Meta advertising for Registered Investment Advisors.

We help financial advisors grow their practices by generating qualified appointments with high-net-worth prospects. Our proven video sales letter methodology has generated more than $45 billion in AUM pipeline for financial advisors across the country.

We operate with a performance-first mindset. Our clients hire us to deliver qualified appointments at a specific cost per appointment, with target show rates and close rates that make the economics work for their practice. Clients Blackbox is in a major growth period, and we're looking for a Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist who can own client accounts from strategy through execution.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on strategist role with responsibility for both client relationships and campaign performance. You'll own a portfolio of accounts, lead bi-weekly client calls, manage Meta campaigns, monitor results, contribute to ad messaging, and serve as the primary point of contact for your clients.

You'll report to the Associate Director of Operations and be directly accountable for client results, relationships, and retention.

What You'll Own

Client Strategy & Relationships

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals
• Solve account issues proactively to support stability and growth

Meta Campaign Management

• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking
• Manage budgets, audience targeting, bid strategies, creative testing, and campaign variables
• Monitor performance daily and make adjustments based on cost-per-appointment and other key metrics
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and develop strategies to improve results
• Test audiences, messaging, and creative to identify opportunities for stronger performance
• Contribute to ad copy and campaign messaging

Tracking & Technical Execution

• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events
• Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead‑routing workflows
• Resolve technical issues between advertising platforms and client systems
• Proactively monitor tracking and lead flow to prevent issues from affecting client results

• 4+ years of hands‑on paid media experience, with a strong focus on Meta advertising
• Experience simultaneously managing multiple client accounts and leading client‑facing conversations
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills

How You Work

You're organized, detail-oriented, and able to move quickly across multiple accounts without losing sight of the outcome. You want to be responsible for making the account work - not one of several people sharing responsibility for it.
