Job description

Hi, I'm Bobby, the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at EnsoData! We are looking for a new team member who is passionate about making healthcare better.

EnsoData is seeking a hands-on Demand Generation Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize marketing programs that generate awareness, qualified leads, and pipeline growth for our software as a medical device (SaMD) solutions. This position offers a flexible work environment, competitive salary range of $135,000 - $140,000, stock options, plus benefits such as paid time off, healthcare insurance, and more.

The Role

This role manages day-to-day marketing execution including HubSpot, multi-channel campaigns, (email, social, paid), content creation, webinars and virtual events, inbound leads, and marketing vendors. It also supports field events, trade shows, and PR. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of B2B marketing principles, demand generation, marketing automation, and execution across the entire marketing and sales lifecycle, and a track record of driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified leads and support sales across customer segments: sleep centers, health systems, and IDNs.
  • Track, analyze, and report on funnel performance (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, CAC) and recommend improvements.
  • Own HubSpot administration, including CRM and marketing hub configuration, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, workflows, forms, lists, and dashboards.
  • Plan and execute email programs, including promotional campaigns, customer and clinician newsletters, product announcements, and nurture and lifecycle sequences.
  • Use WordPress/Elementor to manage and update the company website (landing pages, site structure, performance, and analytics) in partnership with external web design/development agencies.
  • Manage paid media, including Google Ads and sponsored content in sleep industry trade publications.
  • Lead SEO strategy for both clinician-facing and patient-facing content, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and performance reporting.
  • Produce marketing content and collateral from approved messaging and creative briefs (blog posts, white papers, case studies, one-pagers, videos, and presentations), and maintain the commercial library. Manage webinars and virtual events, including planning, promotion, hosting, and follow-up.
  • Support field events and trade shows, such as SLEEP and other sleep medicine, DME, and primary care events with booth materials, lead capture, and post-event follow-up.
  • Oversee the social media presence (primarily LinkedIn), including editorial calendar, publishing, community engagement, and performance reporting.
  • Support PR by publishing and distributing press releases, sharing coverage on social channels, and tracking results.
  • Manage content and marketing operations vendors (such as freelance writers, video editors, HubSpot consultants, and web developers) and work with design agencies on campaign assets, including briefs, timelines, quality control, and budgets.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
This is what we need in our new team member:
  • 5+ years of B2B demand generation and marketing operations experience in healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics, or digital health marketing.
  • Strong, hands-on HubSpot experience (workflows, lead scoring, reporting, email, and CRM integration).
  • Proven track record of building and running campaigns that produce measurable pipeline.
  • Comfortable making copy and basic layout edits in existing InDesign and Canva templates.
  • Experience with website management, SEO, and content production.
  • Experience managing marketing vendors and working with creative agencies and freelancers.
  • Excellent writing, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small-team, high-ownership environment.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in sleep medicine or HST is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with marketing to clinicians, DME providers, sleep centers, IDTFs, or health systems.
  • Experience with paid search (Google Ads) and trade publication advertising in B2B healthcare.
  • Working knowledge of healthcare marketing compliance (FDA, HIPAA, claims substantiation).

EnsoData

EnsoData strives to make healthcare more accurate, efficient, and affordable through waveform artificial intelligence (AI) technology. Using AI and machine learning, our software analyzes billions of data points collected from sensors placed throughout the human body. Our first solution, EnsoSleep, reduces the time clinicians spend analyzing, scoring and managing sleep studies. This results in a simplified and accelerated patient testing, diagnosis, and treatment workflow. Our AI-powered technology has the capability of informing health decisions beyond sleep medicine, from monitoring patient health in the ICU or through wearables, to detecting and capturing seizure data, to providing earlier detection of heart disease, diabetes, stroke, and Alzheimer’s.
