Job summary

Pattern (Nasdaq: PTRN) is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to build the demand engine for ROI Hunter from a green field as Pattern expands in the US, with Australia and New Zealand next year. This is a full-time role with no fixed office requirement, so you can work remotely from anywhere.

You will collaborate with Pattern's marketing, events, Alliance and BDR teams to generate pipeline and drive results within a global marketing organization of roughly 50–60 people.

We need a Demand Generation Manager to build the demand engine for Pattern's ROI Hunter from a green field, just as it pushes into the US, with Australia and New Zealand next year. You won't run every campaign yourself: you'll decide what matters most for pipeline and coordinate Pattern's marketing, events, Alliance and BDR teams to deliver it, inside a global marketing team of roughly 50 to 60 people. This is a full-time role with no fixed office requirement, so you can work from Brno, Prague or fully remotely.
