TruffleHog is a popular open source tool used by security researchers all over the world to find leaky API keys and responsibly disclose them to affected companies. This provides income through bug bounty platforms like HackerOne to individuals that may otherwise have a hard time finding employment. This also prevents breaches from occurring, which can be very costly for companies to resolve.

When we founded Truffle Security Co. in February of 2021, we committed to continue to grow a community with security researchers around the world, and continue to provide free and open resources to support those that make the world more secure. We're looking for help supporting our mission to prevent leaking credentials and build the best products for machine identity protection.

About the role

We're looking for a data-driven and strategic Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead our efforts in driving qualified pipeline and accelerating revenue growth. In this role, you will develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, paid media, and events. You'll work closely with the VP Marketing as well as Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps on campaigns that align on messaging, targeting, and goals.

What you'll be working on

  • Own the strategy and execution of integrated demand generation campaigns across paid, email, SEO, content syndication, webinars, and field events.
  • Partner with sales and marketing stakeholders to align on lead definitions, lead targets, pipeline goals, and campaign attribution.
  • Manage the marketing automation system and ensure campaigns are built and tracked correctly
  • Implement advanced lead scoring models that accurately identify buyer intent signals and behavioral patterns.
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance across the funnel, identifying insights to optimize performance and ROI.
  • Work with creative and content teams to develop campaign assets tailored to different personas and funnel stages.
  • Collaborate with RevOps to maintain a clean lead flow process and accurate reporting dashboards.
  • Test and scale new channels and tactics to improve lead quality and accelerated lead acquisition.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of demand generation experience in a B2B high-tech/SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of running campaigns that deliver pipeline and revenue
  • Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation, and campaign analytics tools
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable with dashboards, attribution models, and funnel metric
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (i.e. Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Excellent project management skills and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strategic thinker with a bias toward execution
  • Deep understanding of intent data, behavioral analytics, and predictive lead scoring methodologies

Salary range: The target salary range for this position is between $127,500 - $150,000 for candidates in the United States. Starting salary will vary based on job-related skills, knowledge, and experience. Leveling will be determined during the interview process. You may also be offered a bonus, stock options, and benefits. These salary ranges are subject to change, and we encourage candidates outside of this salary range to apply.
