KPMG is seeking a Product Manager, Deltek, to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a remote work opportunity.

Responsibilities :

1. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to optimize Deltek CostPoint usage.
2. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues within the Deltek ERP ecosystem, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and engagement requirements.
3. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance system capabilities.
4. Design and implement system improvements, support configuration, testing of updates, patches, and new features.
5. Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users, ensuring system functionality aligns with business goals; conduct training and create documentation for end-users.
6. Ensure system usage complies with internal controls, governance standards, and federal regulations; stay updated on accounting standards and implement necessary changes.

Qualifications :

1. Minimum of seven years' recent experience with Deltek CostPoint ERP in a functional role, including familiarity with modules such as CostPoint, Time and Expense, and reporting tools.
2. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or a related field preferred; CPA certification is also preferred.
3. Proven expertise in professional services organizations, managing relationships with system owners and supporting federal engagements is highly desirable.
4. Strong understanding of accounting principles, including federal compliance (FAR, DFARs, etc.).
5. Must be authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG does not sponsor work visas for this role.
