Job summary

EXOS in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a DeltaV Training Developer & Instructor to design and deliver a GMP-aligned DeltaV v16 LTS training program for automation engineers and cross-functional stakeholders at a greenfield pharmaceutical facility.

You will create site-specific content from the customer’s configuration, equipment, recipes, and DeltaV Live graphics, and lead hands-on training in a DeltaV Simulate environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on DeltaV v16/v15 configuration experience.
• Experience with DeltaV Batch using ISA-88 standard.
• Experience in GMP-regulated pharma/biotech manufacturing.
• Ability to develop customer-specific content from control-system configurations.
• Knowledge of GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11, and ALCOA+ data-integrity.

Responsibilities

• Design role-qualifying technical curriculum for automation engineers and cross-functional audiences.
• Develop curriculum design documents, facilitator guides, participant guides, labs, and assessments.
• Build site-specific training scenarios using DeltaV v16/LTS, DeltaV Live, DeltaV Batch, ISA-88 models.
• Deliver instructor-led training and guided labs in DeltaV Simulate, avoiding live production systems.
• Map learning objectives to the training matrix and qualification records.
• Tailor content for learners with varying DeltaV knowledge while upholding GMP expectations.
• Partner with customer stakeholders through discovery, design, build, pilot, delivery, and closeout phases.
• Provide train-the-trainer sessions and editable materials for ongoing use.
• Follow site safety, change-control, data-integrity, and documentation requirements.
• Track project deliverables in Smartsheet.
