Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Process Engineer to support a DeltaV Conversion Project at a GMP manufacturing facility in Norwood, MA. You will provide hands‑on process engineering support for DeltaV upgrades, troubleshoot equipment issues, and coordinate readiness activities across Metrology and CQV teams.

The ideal candidate has 1–5+ years in regulated manufacturing, with a strong process engineering background and excellent cross‑functional communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Bioengineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• 1–5+ years of engineering experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience supporting process equipment within GMP manufacturing operations.
• Strong problem solving and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week in Norwood, MA.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day process engineering support during the DeltaV conversion project.
• Troubleshoot process equipment issues and support resolution of operational challenges.
• Support chromatography and tangential flow filtration (TFF) systems utilized in GMP manufacturing.
• Coordinate equipment readiness activities with Metrology and supporting groups.
• Partner with Operations, Manufacturing, Automation, CQV, Validation, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist with equipment assessments, change implementation, and process improvements related to the DeltaV migration.
• Support project tracking, documentation, action item management, and timeline adherence.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and quality requirements throughout project execution.
• Other duties as assigned
