Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Emerson DeltaV DCS.
• Expertise in DeltaV system configuration and module development.
• Understanding of module-level logic, control strategies, and DeltaV system architecture.
• Experience supporting manufacturing automation and industrial control systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot automation systems and resolve technical issues independently.
• Experience owning or supporting automation tools, system configurations, and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support automation activities involving Emerson DeltaV DCS, including configuration, implementation, and maintenance.
• Configure and manage DeltaV control modules, module logic, and control strategies based on manufacturing requirements.
• Support manufacturing automation systems ensuring reliable, efficient, and compliant operations.
• Provide technical expertise in DeltaV architecture, system components, configuration tools, and module-level functionality.
• Troubleshoot system issues, control logic problems, and defects to minimize downtime.
• Take ownership of automation tools, systems, configurations, and related documentation.
• Collaborate with process engineers, manufacturing teams, instrumentation and controls engineers, and IT/OT stakeholders.
• Support system testing, validation, commissioning, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
• Follow established engineering standards, change-control procedures, and applicable manufacturing quality and safety requirements.
