The role of Analysis & Performance (OAP) is to support this project by providing strategic insight by understanding first-line business processes, then applying data and analysis to drive continuous improvement efforts. The Research Specialist will be asked to work with senior management to develop creative solutions to current challenges. We are looking for data enthusiasts who want to understand the process and can connect with our business partners to add data and drive improvements. We are looking for people who want to know data that has in-depth discussions about strategic impact, business process improvement and analysis about how Delta reliably serves its customers.
