Job summary

Qualifications

• Onsite hardware installation and repair duties.
• Willing to obtain Dell and Lenovo certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware part replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services.
• Log into the portal and map out calls before 9 am each workday.
• Coordinate with customers to schedule onsite service windows.
• Receive parts from manufacturers and ship removed parts back as needed.
