Job summary

AdaptHealth, LLC in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Warehouse Technician – Driving to support patients by managing daily warehouse operations and performing deliveries of respiratory and home medical equipment.

You will pick, pack, and ship orders, inspect inventory, and educate patients and caregivers on proper equipment use, safety, and care. This role requires a current driver's license and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• One year of experience in warehouse/general labor or related fields.
• Valid and unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic technical/mechanical and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail including problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment; verify against invoices.
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
• Clean, disinfect, test, and perform minor repairs on returned equipment.
• Track inventory, monitor stock levels and expirations, and report shortages.
• Deliver and set up respiratory and home medical equipment in patient homes and healthcare facilities.
• Educate patients and caregivers on proper use, care, and safety of equipment.
• Complete visit documentation and ensure accurate patient records.
• Follow HIPAA, infection control, and safety protocols.
