Qualifications

• Jr. High School Diploma; six months experience in distribution or warehouse environment, shipping/receiving or delivering merchandise; or any combination of training, experience and education which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position.
• Ability to assemble, process and tabulate data as needed and to guide others in following procedures.
• Ability to operate equipment, machinery, tools, and/or materials requiring adjustments, and to communicate effectively with customers.

Responsibilities

• Places stock on shelves or racks and sets up merchandise and sales displays.
• Unloads merchandise from warehouse and freight trucks.
• Loads trucks for daily deliveries and assists with delivery, unloading and setup.
• Directs trucks into unloading areas and secures customer signatures for receipts.
• Performs customer service inspections and repairs as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness of store/warehouse interior and grounds and upholds Delivery Standards.
