Job summary

Mygrant Glass Company in Tampa, FL is seeking a Day CMV Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate. You will deliver orders with a non-CDL CMV up to 26,000 lbs and assist with warehouse tasks to ensure accurate, timely service to our customers.

This role combines field deliveries with hands-on warehouse duties, requiring 3–5 years of driving experience, strong communication, and a team-first mindset in a fast-paced distribution environment. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Compliance with all applicable state and federal requirements for commercial motor vehicle drivers, including DOT medical card.
• Pass an MVR check.
• Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pickers.
• 3–5 years of driving and delivery experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to warehouse environments.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented and able to take direction in changing conditions.

Responsibilities

• Unload inventory from incoming vehicles and inspect for damage.
• Pick correct products and quantities for orders and transfers.
• Load racks and trucks with glass and affix proper labels.
• Follow delivery routes on time and process payments in the ordering system.
• Safely operate the delivery vehicle up to 26,000 pounds GMVW.
• Receive and process return stock.
• Complete logs and documentation.
• Assist customers during delivery and at will call.
• Maintain branch appearance and clean warehouse areas.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
