Job summary

Target Specialty Products seeks a Delivery Driver to transport products from the branch to customer locations in Tempe, AZ. Role includes loading/unloading, order picking, and basic warehouse tasks with emphasis on accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities extend to vehicle maintenance, documentation, and exceptional customer service during deliveries. Candidates should hold a CDL B and a valid license, with Hazmat endorsements as required. Benefits start day 1 for full-time colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, CDL B.
• Hazmat endorsement may be required per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customer locations on time and with accuracy.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Provide courteous customer service during deliveries.
• Maintain delivery records and paperwork.
• Assist with warehouse tasks such as picking/packing and loading.
• Follow safety policies and DOT/CDL regulations.
• Obtain and maintain required endorsements/certifications.
• Support branch operations as needed.
