Job summary

Mygrant Glass in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Driver/Warehouse Associate to manage deliveries, unloads, inventory stocking, and will-call pickups. You will safely operate the delivery vehicle, assist customers, and help maintain the branch appearance.

This nonexempt role reports to the Branch Manager and requires 3–5 years of driving/delivery experience, a valid license, MVR check, and strong communication skills. The position offers health, retirement, and related benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 3–5 years of driving and delivery experience.
• Ability to pass MVR check.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Organized, detail-oriented, accurate, and adaptable to warehouse environments.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Team player, able to take direction in changing conditions.

Responsibilities

• Unload inventory from arriving vehicles and inspect for damage.
• Pick correct products and quantities for orders.
• Load racks and trucks with glass.
• Clean glass and label inventory.
• Follow delivery routes and schedules; process payments and input data.
• Safely operate the delivery vehicle.
• Receive and process returns.
• Complete logs and documentation.
• Assist customers during delivery and will-call.
• Maintain branch appearance and clean warehouse areas.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
