Job summary

Consolidated Electrical Distributors in Long Beach, CA seeks a Driver/Warehouse associate to efficiently deliver materials to customers and manage warehouse operations. The role requires safe driving, accurate handling of inventory, and collaboration with the Warehouse/Profit Center Manager.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, RF data entry, cycle counts, and assisting customers at will-call or walk-ins. Benefits and competitive hourly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Class E driver license required (Class C for Illinois applicants).
• 1–2 years experience in material handling preferred.
• 1–2 years customer service experience preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in electrical supply industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver company materials to customers in a professional manner.
• Read customer orders and shipping orders to determine items to pick, pack, distribute or ship.
• Move materials from receiving or storage to shipping or designated areas.
• Operate forklift in warehouse setting.
• Use computer and RF guns to manage sales orders and inventory.
• Support cycle counting of physical inventory.
