Job summary

DNOW is seeking a Warehouse - Forklift and Standard Truck associate in Houston to deliver customer material on a regular schedule and maintain the warehouse. Responsibilities include receiving freight, verifying material accuracy, assisting customers, and ensuring safe, organized operations.

You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, operate forklifts, and maintain a clean driving record while working with a team to support field sites and inventory control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to operate forklifts and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort with loading/unloading trucks and using material handling equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Represent DNOW in a professional manner at all times.
• Receive freight shipments of stock inventory.
• Initial point of material accuracy verification for material received from vendors.
• Responsible for the cleanliness and neat appearance of the warehouse.
• Assist customers with products and services.
• Review packing list/order with customers for accuracy; obtain signatures and customer stamps.
• Notify DNOW personnel when requested material has arrived.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and report to Supervisor/Lead and Manager as needed.
• Deliver supplies to rig and production sites, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Restock Autocrib technology and handle POU equipment in the field.
• Fulfill other duties such as inventory put away, will-call service, order picking, or other warehouse tasks.
• Improve customer relationships with excellence in service.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
