Job summary

Mygrant Glass is seeking a reliable Driver/Warehouse Associate in Nashville, TN to support daily delivery and warehouse operations. You will unload and stock inventory, prepare orders, and assist customers during will-call pickups. This nonexempt role reports to the Branch Manager and offers a day shift with some Saturdays as assigned.

Qualifications

• Pass an MVR check.
• Safely operate forklifts and reach trucks.
• 3-5 years of driving and delivery experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Be organized, detail orientated, accurate, adaptable to warehouse environments.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented and able to take direction in changing conditions.

Responsibilities

• Unload inventory from incoming vehicles and inspect for damage.
• Pick correct products and quantities for orders; load racks and trucks.
• Clean glass, affix labels, and assess stock for damage.
• Deliver products along a route and process payments in the ordering system.
• Safely operate the delivery vehicle and handle returns.
• Complete logs, documentation, and assist customers during delivery or will-call.
• Maintain branch appearance and clean warehouse/counter areas as needed.
• Adhere to health and safety policies; this position is safety sensitive.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
