Reece USA is hiring a Warehouse Operator / Delivery Driver to support inventory, loading/unloading, and on-time deliveries in Midland, TX. You will collaborate with a warehouse team to receive, verify, stock, and stage materials while ensuring accurate loads for deliveries and maintaining inventory control.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to operate various vehicle classes.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have and maintain valid driver’s license for assigned vehicle class.
• Class C – Anything 26,000 lbs or less combined gross weight.
• Class B – Box truck with a combined vehicle weight of 26,001lbs or more.
• Have and maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material to maintain inventory standards.
• Verify all loads to ensure accurate customer deliveries.
• Load and unload materials from the truck and maintain inventory control.
• Operate the class of vehicle necessary for the assignment.
• Drive in various conditions, including urban and construction settings.
• Deliver high quality customer service and professionalism.
