Job summary

FleetPride is seeking a Warehouse Driver/Forklift Operator in North Little Rock, AR to provide excellent customer service through delivery and pick-up of parts. You will unload shipments, store items, and support warehouse operations, with delivery activities taking about half of your time.

You will pull orders, verify accuracy, secure loads, and follow routes for efficient deliveries, while maintaining vehicle safety and inventory integrity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate.
• Minimum of 1 year of general warehouse experience; forklift operator certification and 1 year experience operating a forklift highly desired.
• Valid drivers’ license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Pull and organize customer orders for delivery from warehouse by part number and quantity.
• Provide excellent customer service ensuring order accuracy and professional conduct.
• Load materials into vehicle and secure to prevent shifting or damage in transit.
• Follow delivery routes to maximize efficiency and complete returns with proper tagging.
• Inspect vehicle daily and maintain cleanliness and safe operation; operate forklift as needed.
• Maintain inventory in designated warehouse areas and prepare shipments via UPS, US Mail, or freight.
• Record working hours and vehicle service status per regulations; ensure safety PPE is worn.
