Job summary

FleetPride is seeking a Warehouse/Delivery Associate in Flint, MI to support warehouse operations and deliver orders. You will pull and organize orders, load and unload parts, and ensure accurate, safe deliveries to customers.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year warehouse experience, and a valid driver’s license; forklift certification is a plus. Physical work includes lifting and operating a forklift in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of general warehouse experience.
• Forklift operator certification and 1 year forklift experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Pull and organize customer orders for delivery from warehouse by part number and quantity.
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers, ensuring correct orders and professional conduct.
• Load materials into vehicle and secure to prevent shifting or damage in transit.
• Follow delivery routes to maximize efficiency of each run.
• Stock and maintain inventory items in designated warehouse storage areas.
• Move goods using forklift and maintain a safe operating environment.
• Inspect vehicles and document any safety or mechanical issues daily.
• Maintain logs of working hours and vehicle service status as required.
