Job summary

R.E. Michel Company is hiring a Warehouse/Driver in Youngstown, OH. The role involves safely operating material handling equipment and delivering to customers, while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with DOT regulations.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, a safe driving history, and the ability to pass the required DOT physical. Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays, in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Heating and Cooling systems preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in computer operations and Prophet 21 software.
• Ability to read and understand invoices and product descriptions.
• Must be 18 years of age to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate material handling equipment and vehicles to fulfill orders and make deliveries to customer locations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and accurately servicing customer needs.
• Maintain a satisfactory driving record and adhere to DOT regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient branch operations.
