Job summary

FleetPride in Irving, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Delivery support to provide exceptional customer service through the delivery and pickup of parts and products. You will unload shipments, stock the warehouse, and assist with branch operations; delivery routes account for about half of your time.

Responsibilities include pulling orders, loading and securing cargo, maintaining vehicle safety and cleanliness, keeping accurate load documentation, and assisting returns and core handling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of general warehouse experience.
• Forklift certification and experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Pull and organize customer orders for delivery from the warehouse by part number and quantity.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure correct orders during delivery.
• Load materials into vehicle and secure to prevent shifting.
• Follow delivery routes to maximize efficiency.
• Handle returns and cores and tag appropriately.
• Maintain vehicle and perform daily safety checks.
• Stock and inventory items in designated warehouse areas.
• Pack and ship orders via UPS, USPS, or local freight.
• Operate forklift to move materials between areas.
• Maintain load documentation and vehicle service logs.
• Keep work areas clean and report any vehicle defects.
