Job summary

Gordon Food Service Store LLC in Novi, MI is seeking a Van Delivery Driver to ensure courteous, on-time deliveries and provide solid service to Wholesale customers. You will operate a delivery van and may assist with store operations before or after routes.

The role requires at least 1 year of delivery driving experience, 1 year in customer service, and a valid operator license. Candidates must pass pre-employment checks and be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year previous delivery driving experience and one year in customer service or related field preferred.
• Unrestricted Standard Operators License required.
• Must have a clean driving record (no drug or alcohol offenses in the last 5 years).
• You must be a minimum of 18 years old (required).
• Pass pre-employment checks including a drug screen, criminal background check and MVR.

Responsibilities

• Delivery: locate and pick orders in-store for Wholesale customers, build relationships, ensure timely deliveries, perform daily vehicle inspections.
• In-store: process customer purchases at POS, ensure security of assets, receive and merchandise products, maintain backroom organization.
