MW Boston Delivery is hiring a Delivery Associate in Norwood, MA to operate a company-provided van and deliver packages on an assigned route. No prior delivery experience is required as training is provided.

You will earn $25.00 per hour, with shifts typically ranging 8–10 hours across a flexible schedule, including weekdays and weekends. A company vehicle is provided and paid time off, health and other benefits are available.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company-provided delivery van and deliver packages on assigned routes.
• Deliver packages up to 50 lbs with care.
• Provide professional customer service to residents and businesses.
• Perform vehicle inspections before and after routes and keep the vehicle clean.
• Follow traffic laws and company safety procedures, communicating with dispatch as needed.
• Meet daily delivery commitments and work as part of a team.

MW Boston Delivery is hiring reliable, motivated Delivery Drivers to join our growing team in Norwood, Massachusetts.

Starting Pay

What You’ll Do:

As a Delivery Associate, you’ll operate a company‑provided delivery van and deliver packages to customers throughout an assigned route. Routes typically consist of a concentrated area within a city or town.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Safely and efficiently operating a company delivery vehicle.
• Delivering packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Providing professional and dependable customer service.
• Completing required vehicle inspections before and after your route.
• Following all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
• Keeping your assigned vehicle clean and organized.
• Completing your route within the designated timeframe.
• Following company policies and procedures.
• Communicating with the dispatch team throughout your shift.
• Working together with the entire team to complete daily delivery commitments.

What We’re Looking For:

• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Meet the minimum legal age requirement for the position.
