Job summary

Ferguson is hiring for a driver/warehouse role in Massachusetts. The position offers daily home time with no nights or weekends and a starting wage around $26 per hour, with potential increases based on experience. You will deliver materials, manage returns, and support warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations.
• Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift items weighing over 50 lbs.
• Background in warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach.
• Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to the customer, assisting with loading/unloading and ensuring delivery with ticket.
• Pick up customer returns and validate product match for credit requests.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck, and report issues to supervisor.
• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment, receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Adhere to safety regulations including PPE use and harness weight limits.
• This position involves warehouse work as part of the role.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
• This position involves warehouse work as part of the role.

Pay Range

$17.95 - $30.03

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
