Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC in Kansas City, MO is seeking a full-time Truck Driver to deliver materials to customers and support warehouse operations. The role offers home daily with no nights or weekends, a 6am–2:30pm schedule, and overtime as needed.

Qualified candidates hold a valid CDL, are at least 21, and meet DOT requirements, including a DOT Medical Card. Benefits include health, retirement, PTO, and employee programs.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Meet and maintain qualifications for CDL requirements.
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations.
• Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift items up to 50lbs.
• Background in warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach.
• Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers using pallet jack and dolly, ensuring proper ticketing.
• Pick up customer returns and verify product for credit requests.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections; fuel and report issues.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist warehouse with pulling and preparing orders for shipment; receive, verify, stock incoming material.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Adhere to safety regulations, including PPE usage.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to the customer, which includes utilizing pallet jack and two-wheel dolly to load and unload and ensuring delivery of ticket with material
• Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor
• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed, as well as receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required

Pay Range

• $19.26 - $30.76 - Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
• Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
