Ferguson in Phoenix is seeking a full-time delivery driver with a CDL A to join our logistics team. This role involves delivering materials to customers, loading with pallet jack and dolly, and ensuring accurate ticketing.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM. You must meet CDL and DOT requirements, be able to lift 50 lbs, and maintain a valid DOT medical card. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

• Must hold a valid CDL A.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

• Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card.

• A background in warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver materials to the customer using pallet jack and dolly, ensuring delivery tickets.
• Pick up customer returns and validate product for credit requests.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and fuel as needed; report issues.
• Follow and implement all safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with pulling and preparing orders, receiving, stocking incoming material.
• Overtime as needed; adhere to PPE and safety rules.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (8-hour shift)

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid CDL A
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Meet and maintain qualifications for CDL requirements
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations
• Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card in order to meet driver requirements.
• Ability to lift items that weigh over 50lbs
• A background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is a plus
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach
• Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads

Responsibilities:

• Deliver materials to the customer, which includes utilizing pallet jack and two-wheel dolly to load and unload and ensuring delivery of ticket with material
• Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor
• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed, as well as receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

Pay Range:

$19.26 - $30.76

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
