Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a truck driver to deliver materials to customers with a focus on safety and reliable service. The role operates Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, with overtime possible.

A valid CDL Class A or B is required, and flatbed experience is essential. You will work in a team that values safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include loading/unloading with pallet jacks and dollies, performing inspections, and maintaining compliance

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL Class A or Class B.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Flatbed operator experience is required.
• Forklift experience is preferred.
• Meet and maintain qualifications for CDL requirements.
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations.
• Must maintain a valid DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Warehouse/logistics experience is a plus.
• Strong communication with a customer-focused approach.

Responsabilités

• Deliver materials to customers using pallet jack and dolly; ensure delivery ticket matches.
• Pick up customer returns and validate product for credit.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections; fuel and report issues.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist warehouse with pulling and preparing orders; receive, verify, stock materials.
• Work overtime as needed; comply with PPE and safety rules.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL Class A or Class B
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Flatbed operator experience is required
• Forklift experience is preferred
• Meet and maintain qualifications for CDL requirements
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations
• Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card in order to meet driver requirements.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs
• A background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is a plus
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach
• Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to the customer, which includes utilizing pallet jack and two-wheel dolly to load and unload and ensuring delivery of ticket with material
• Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor
• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed, as well as receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

• $30.76
• Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
