Accendra Health in Woburn, MA is seeking a Delivery Technician to safely deliver, set up, and pick up durable medical equipment in patient homes. You will educate patients on equipment use and ensure safe operation while delivering high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

About the Role

The Delivery Technician delivers, sets up, and picks up durable medical equipment (DME) in patient homes. You will educate patients on basic equipment use and ensure safe operation while providing high-quality customer service.

Location

• 4 Presidential Way, Woburn, MA 01801

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Tuesday- Saturday 10 AM - 6:30 PM

On-Call Transparency

• One weekday evening approximately every 10 weekdays
• On-call coverage begins at the end of the scheduled shift and continues until 8:30 AM the following morning
• Occasional Saturday on-call coverage

Salary Range

• $21.00–$25.00 per hour
• Pay varies based on experience, skills, and location

What You’ll Do

• Safely lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. as part of daily deliveries and setups
• Deliver, set up, and pick up DME and supplies inside patient homes
• Provide clear, compassionate, professional instruction on equipment use
• Offer a high level of customer service and support to patients who may rely on this equipment for life-sustaining needs
• Load and unload equipment from the delivery vehicle
• Respond to emergency delivery requests when needed
• Complete delivery logs, pickup forms, and vehicle documentation accurately
• Maintain supply components in patient profiles
• Assist with equipment cleaning and minor repairs
• Perform routine vehicle checks
• Support additional duties as assigned
