Corner Home Medical is seeking a dependable Delivery Technician to deliver, set up, and demonstrate medical equipment in patient homes and healthcare facilities. You will support warehouse tasks, complete documentation, and represent the company with professionalism and outstanding service.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and excellent customer service skills. This position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call rotation and a pay rate of $21–$22 per hour.

Qualifications

• One year of delivery driver experience preferred (medical delivery experience a plus).
• Experience in warehouse, shipping, logistics, or field service helpful.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is functioning correctly and used safely.
• Complete delivery documentation and obtain required patient signatures.
• Communicate promptly with dispatch or customer service regarding route changes or issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver medical equipment and supplies to patient homes, hospitals, and care facilities following daily route schedules.
• Pick up equipment returns and ensure safe handling of all products.
• Set up equipment, complete demonstrations, and educate patients/caregivers on proper and safe use.
• Ensure equipment is functioning correctly and used safely.
• Complete delivery documentation and obtain required patient signatures.
• Collect COD payments when applicable.
• Perform minor equipment repairs and routine preventative maintenance.
• Communicate promptly with dispatch or customer service regarding route changes or issues.
• Maintain company vehicle cleanliness, perform daily safety checks, and log mileage per DOT and company standards.
• Participate in evening and weekend on‑call rotation as required.
• Follow all safety rules for lifting, loading, and transporting heavy equipment.
• Assist with warehouse duties, inventory tasks, and process improvement initiatives.Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Continue learning product setup, repair, and usage information to support patient needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Regular travel to hospitals, clinics, and residential properties.
• Primarily working in a company vehicle and in patient homes and healthcare facilities.
• Additional time in warehouse or stockroom as needed.
