Job summary

Walmart in Troy, OH is hiring Delivery Associates to support the Online Grocery Delivery/Pick-Up in-store team. You will load and unload merchandise from your vehicle, deliver items to customers, and confirm delivery to ensure products meet customer needs.

This is a part-time position with mid-shift and closing shifts. The pay ranges from $14 to $27 per hour, with additional incentives and potential premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
