Walmart Dallas is hiring Delivery Associates to support Online Grocery Delivery/Pick-Up. You will load and unload product from your vehicle, deliver merchandise to customers, and confirm delivery to ensure our products meet their needs.

This part-time role offers an hourly wage with potential performance incentives and premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Shifts include Mid-Shift and Closing at Walmart Supercenter 2667 in Dallas.

Hourly Rate

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage

$14.5 - $27.5 per/hour

Additional Compensation

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Delivery Associates support the Online Grocery Delivery/Pick-Up department in Walmart stores. They load and unload product from their vehicle, deliver the merchandise, and confirm delivery with customers to ensure our products are meeting their needs.
