Walmart Neighborhood Market in Allen, TX is seeking Delivery Associates to support the Online Grocery Delivery/Pick-Up service. You will load and unload products from the delivery vehicle, deliver the merchandise to customers, and confirm delivery with customers to ensure their needs are met.

The position is part-time with shifts including mid-shift and closing. The role offers hourly pay in the range of $14.50 to $27.50, plus annual or quarterly incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Hourly Wage: $14.5 - $27.5 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Delivery Associates support the Online Grocery Delivery/Pick-Up department in Walmart stores. They load and unload product from their vehicle, deliver the merchandise, and confirm delivery with customers to ensure our products are meeting their needs.
