Job summary

ABC Supply Interiors is seeking a dependable Helper/Stocker to support branch delivery operations. You will assist with safe handling and accurate transfer of building materials from warehouse to delivery sites.

Responsibilities include following safety rules, inspecting shipments, recording quantities, and helping with unloading and staging at jobsites. Forklift certification will be provided/licensed as needed, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building materials is preferred.
• Ability to unload, transport and position building materials as required.
• Able to stand, climb, reach, bend and twist during shift.
• Must be trainable and able to obtain forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules and procedures.
• Distribute and place materials as indicated on orders.
• Inspect and record materials transported to/from the delivery site.
• Verify quantity and type of materials handled.
• Ensure delivered products are neat and presentable.
• Assist with delivery to customers or jobsites and unload/stage materials.
