Job summary

The Chefs' Warehouse is seeking a dependable Delivery Driver to join our Springfield delivery team. You will be responsible for executing daily routes, loading and unloading orders, and ensuring timely, accurate deliveries to clients with a professional, customer-focused approach.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid CDL with a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a DOT physical. Prior experience with hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid CDL with clean driving record.
• Must pass DOT physical.
• Able to drive large CMVs and lift 25 lbs.
• Experience with hand trucks, pallet jacks and forklifts is a plus.
• Excellent time-management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory stock matches delivery requirements.
• Follow set, scheduled route for daily deliveries.
• Read maps or GPS to determine daily route.
• Deliver goods to specified locations on time and in sound condition.
• Load and organize product inventory from warehouse into vehicle and unload as needed.
• Record deliveries with signatures and/or payments; maintain delivery paperwork.
