Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Delivery Supervisor (CDL A required) to lead our delivery drivers and oversee distribution activities in the region.

The role includes scheduling, customer service, safety, and performance management, with travel up to 50% and a 4:00am start on the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, occasional weekends). Base salary ranges $60,000–$75,000 per year, plus benefits and annual bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of management/supervisory experience.
• 3 years of delivery/distribution experience.
• CDL A required.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of delivery drivers.
• Coordinate and evaluate distribution activities for assigned drivers/routes.
• Ensure accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.
• Plan and schedule transport vessels to maximize revenue and minimize downtime.
• Monitor driver performance and enforce discipline when needed.
• Ensure vehicle maintenance and timely repairs for safety.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet daily sales needs.
