Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Delivery Supervisor in Omaha, NE to lead a team of delivery drivers and optimize distribution activities. The role requires a valid Class A CDL and supervisory experience on a 1st shift, Monday–Friday starting at 6:00am.

You will oversee scheduling, ensure accurate deliveries and customer service, monitor vehicle maintenance, and manage inventory levels to meet daily sales needs. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule company transport to maximize revenue and minimize downtime and overtime.
• Monitor driver performance and address issues as needed.
• Ensure vehicles are well maintained and repairs/safety issues are addressed promptly.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels of full goods to meet daily sales needs.

CDL A Required

The Delivery Supervisor is responsible for supervising delivery drivers and the evaluation of distribution activities.

Shift and Schedule

• 1st shift
• Monday-Friday
• 6:00am start until finish

Position Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of delivery drivers.
• Responsible for the direction, coordination and evaluation of all distribution activities for assigned drivers/routes.
• Ensure accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.
• Supervise the planning and scheduling of company transport vehicles to maximize revenue producing opportunities and minimize downtime and excessive overtime.
• Supervise driver performance and takes proper disciplinary steps as necessary.
• Monitor the team to ensure vehicles are well maintained and that related repairs and safety issues are addressed in a timely manner.
• Ensure that optimal inventory levels of full goods are maintained in order to fulfill daily sales needs.

Total Rewards:

• $65,000 - $75,000 / year
• Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
