Job summary

Amazon Delivery Station Warehouse Associate. You’ll be part of the dedicated Amazon team at the delivery station—the last stop before we deliver smiles to customers. You’ll load conveyor belts, transport and stage deliveries for drivers, and work in a fast‑paced, temperature‑varied environment.

Expect to receive multiple shifts with full-time options (40 hours), overtime potential, and the use of handheld devices to sort and prepare orders for vans.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to understand English instructions.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 49 pounds and standing/walking for long periods.
• Comfort with moving items using carts, dollies, hand trucks and similar equipment.
• Able to operate in a temperature‑varied environment and on stairs where applicable.

Responsibilities

Job Overview

Amazon Delivery Station Warehouse Associate – You’ll be part of the dedicated Amazon team at the delivery station – the last stop before we deliver smiles to customers. Our fast-paced, active roles receive trucks full of orders, then prepare them for delivery. You’ll load conveyor belts, and transport and stage deliveries to be picked up by drivers.

Basic Job Requirements

1. Be 18 years or older
2. Understand and follow instructions in English
3. Lift up to 49 pounds
4. View prompts on screens and follow directions for some tasks
5. Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
6. Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
7. Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
8. Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles

What You’ll Do

1. Receive and prepare packages for delivery
2. Use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders into delivery bags and vans
3. Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages
4. Receive truck deliveries of customer packages

Schedule Options

1. Shift Options. Early Morning and Overnight hours.
2. Weekly Hours. Full-Time (40 hours), Reduced-Time (30-39 hours), Part-Time (20-29 hours), Flex-Time (minimum 4 hours/week).
3. Schedule Flexibility. Choose from a Fixed or Flexible Schedule.
4. Overtime Opportunities. Your shift could be extended or reduced by additional hours based on customer demand and will be communicated during your shift.

Safety & Your Workspace

1. Safety. Your safety is our top priority. We provide protective gear and all teams share safety tips daily. Our state‑of‑the‑art facilities are clean, well‑organized, and designed with your safety in mind.
2. Equipment. You’ll be operating and working around moving equipment—mobile cards, rolling cages, etc.
3. Physical Activity. Some activities may require standing in one place for long periods, walking around, or climbing stairs.

Work Conditions

1. Temperature. Climate‑controlled facilities maintain temperatures between 60°F and 90°F in most areas. On hot days, temperatures can exceed 90°F and on cold days temperatures can reach below freezing.
2. Noise level. It can get noisy at times. We provide hearing protection if you need it.
3. Dress code. Relaxed and comfortable. Closed‑toe shoes required. Protective safety footwear required in select areas. $110 Zappos gift code provided for your first day.
