O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles, deliver parts, and process CODs and returns for professional customers. You will maintain vehicle safety, complete inspections, and keep equipment secure throughout shifts.

This role emphasizes dependable driving, attention to detail, and strong customer service, with bilingual candidates encouraged. You may assist customers at times and support merchandising tasks when business needs require.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet the company's 14/18-point record system.
• Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet driving eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Use delivery fleet management handheld devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, and update mileage.
• Maintain vehicles: keep clean, inspected, and secure before/after operations.
• Handle COD deliveries and collect monies; secure valuables and devices.
• Pick up customer returns and complete driver return slips.
• Support store management by communicating issues and assisting with merchandising or stocking tasks.
• Clock in/out according to company policy; perform other duties as assigned.
