• Must possess a legally required state driver’s license and meet driving eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Use delivery fleet management hand-held devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, update mileage, and complete inspections.
• Keep delivery vehicles clean and maintained; perform daily vehicle inspections.
• Secure vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and monies while on and off duty.
• Pick up customer returns and fill out driver return slips; handle core returns as needed.
• Communicate customer needs or problems to store management; report maintenance or damage to the manager.
• Ensure fuel tank is filled and vehicle is secured at end of day; clock in/out per policy.
• Assist customers, serve as a cashier, and help with merchandising when business dictates.
