Compensation Pay Range

$15.00 - $20.00

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance, or premiums which may be paid in amounts ranging per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Essential Job Functions

1. Drive company vehicle to deliver parts and products to stores and/or distribution center. Must have a legal required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements. Pick up and sign for stock transfers at each stop on set route, deliver to appropriate store.
2. Maintain daily city route manifest for deliveries.
3. Keep fleet/fuel card, vehicle, and keys secure. Be familiar with accident report guidelines.
4. Ensure designated team member at each store verifies all invoices and signs the route manifest. Make deliveries according to schedule and report any delays.
5. Project a professional and personable image to maintain good customer relations. Communicate problems or special needs from stores to management.
6. Clock in/out according to company policy.
7. Check fluid levels and log mileage daily before operating the vehicle.
8. Report vehicle maintenance needs immediately. Ensure fuel tank is filled, and secure the vehicle at day's end. Drive safely and defensively.

Skills/Education/Knowledge/Experience/Abilities

Required:

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet the company's 14/18-point record system standards.

Desired:

• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
